DD was also invited to ride on the float but I just knew she'd start crying or just not sit still so we decided maybe next year. She loves to get the candy that's thrown and isn't shy about taking it from other kids' turf either. I had to take a picture of this, although it scared me half to death ~ she just ran out to get the candy regardless of the floats ~ in fact they better just get out of her way, lol.
We went back up the mountain after the parade so tomorrow I'll have some scenery pictures for you!
